IANDYOUMATTER

Coming from a mixed background, I understand that our environment, body, mind and soul are all interconnected.  I work across diversity and inclusion.

I am a student of life and constantly learning.

I started iandyoumatter after being a stay at home for 10 years after leaving the corporate world.  My son proved to be very challenging, he was almost diagnosed with autism at the age of 4. I knew he had changed since going to play school and how his behaviour worsened once he entered the mainstream school. So I set about working with him, ensuring we unticked what they looked for to put him on the spectrum. By they I mean the psychologists. 

Prior to 2021, I was dead against any form of labelling, but now I understand positive labelling through a simple quiz. 

My uniqueness is a Server/Exhorter, my son is an Administrator/Perceiver

Understanding this has enabled us to have an even better relationship than before.
